Chapter Summary

Psalm 28 pleads for God to hear and not be silent, lest David become like those going down to the pit. He asks not to be dragged away with the wicked who speak peace but have evil in their hearts. God answers his prayer, and David erupts in praise: "The Lord is my strength and shield; my heart trusts in Him and I am helped."
